e are a family owned, fully vertically integrated Flokati and area rug producer. Established in 1950 in Veria-Greece, we have been since the leading producer and supplier of Flokati rugs. We also produce other proprietary types of Shaggy rugs and Berber carpets.

Through 2017, Pantelis Pashalidis & Sons S.A. has delivered more than 50% of the original Flokati sold worldwide. This makes us the largest Flokati supplier in the world and earned us the high recognition of our products.
Furthermore, our flagship Berber Collection and our newest Pasha Carpet Collection of shaggy rugs has gained a widespread acceptance and recognition all over the world.
In addition, our downstream business includes the production of carded woolen and woolen blend yarns supplied to a large list of clientele in the carpeting, knitting and apparel weaving sector.
50s
Our company was founded in 1950 by Pantelis Pashalidis, a born-to-be businessman active in many trades. At this time, Pantelis Pashalidis has also successfully traded in a wide range of textile commodities, including carpets, blankets and the production of coats for the army.
60s
In the 60s, due to the success and the constantly growing diversification of our product groups, the family opened four commercial stores selling the products it produced in its small in-house workshop at the time and many other branded textiles. We were the very first to export Flokati to the world and literally establish it as an export product of preferential Greek origin.
70s
In the 70s, Pantelis Pashalidis & Sons S.A. reached a milestone when it pioneered the mass production of Flokati using traditional methods and customized proprietary technology. As a textile pioneer, Pantelis Pashalidis & Sons S.A. helped change this Flokati industry, rapidly growing from one of the first Flokati enterprises in Greece to become the world leader in the field. The company reallocated to new premises, purchasing the Vermion factory, a world-known cotton spinning mill at the time.
80s
In the 80s, Pantelis Pashalidis & Sons S.A. realized the milestone of being listed several times as one of the largest Greek exporters in all industrial sectors combined. We became a fully vertically integrated textile industry.
90s
In the 90s, our new factory with modern equipment, where we are currently situated, became a reality. The unmatched level of craftmanship, production capacity and flexibility of our company have allowed us to become global leaders by setting industry benchmarks for both quality and efficiency.
2000 to date
2000 to date, the company is successfully led by the 3rd generation of the Pashalidis family. The management of the company fully passed to the 3rd generation in 2010, consisting of a very skilled and highly experienced leadership team. The reorganization and optimisation of all our production lines and company’s internal processes was concluded in 2018, which led to increased productivity, flexibility and significant growth.
